These Terms of Service govern your use of CutWise Studio's website and video editing services. By starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.
CutWise Studio provides video editing services including but not limited to wedding video editing, real estate video editing, family and vlog editing, educational video editing, promotional video editing, and commercial ad editing.
Specific deliverables, turnaround time, and revision rounds for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, are agreed upon before a project begins. Work commences once any required deposit is received. Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment.
Each plan or project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in advance. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra charges, communicated before any additional work begins.
You retain ownership of your original footage and brand assets. Once a project is paid in full, you receive full usage rights to the final edited video for your intended purpose.
CutWise Studio may request permission to feature completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials. We will not use your project for this purpose without your consent.
If you need to cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for work already completed are assessed on a case-by-case basis, factoring in the stage of production at the time of cancellation.
CutWise Studio is not liable for delays caused by late footage delivery, unclear feedback, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for the performance, reach, or business outcomes of any delivered video.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
